I'm not entirely sure the particular differences because I haven't worked

in that kind of area in healthcare. From what I know there's not much of any difference at all between what they can do. I think the difference is between hiring an anesthesiologist that's been through medical school vs hiring a CRNA that's been through less schooling, so you'd get to pay them less money.
