taking out 80k/year in loans, putting in 60-80 hours a work plus stress of needing to study the rest of the 50 hours a week. Then, I'll go on externships where I'll be away from my family for upwards of 9 months (paying for traveling to 7 different hospital systems in different states) and then a minimum3 years working 80+ hours a week for $40-60k. Then I'll have to pay off my 300K+ student loans that are acquring 6% interest.
It's a rough path. But I'm hoping the 11 years of schooling/training pays off with a good income.
