Besides 2017, we could have easily had >4 loss seasons under KS.
2018
- Cal, Boise, and Northern Illinois were all games that Kalani & Co. screwed up on, period. That right there would have put our record 9-3. We should have also beat Utah, but I know there are too many special snowflakes here so we'll give KS a break for that one.
2016
- We probably could never beat West Virginia. But being so close show how much potential that team had. Between Boise and UCLA, those games we so close. Utah also, and I still support going for 2.
So tell me, do you still think if BYU beats bad and mediocre teams, and keeps it close to good teams, with four losses, would we still not be ranked?
But we can beat Utah and Boise. We should beat Tennessee. All the other games we have scheduled (on paper) we are expected beat. Where is this defeatist attitude of 7 to 6 wins is the new normal?!
