There's so much we don't know. Every strategy looks risky from where I stand.
Let it burn and we might see rates even higher than 2%, as people cannot get hospitalization. Or maybe, in fear of those high death rates, we deliver a death blow to the economy, there's famine in Africa, followed by governments falling and several regional wars, all of which could be worse than the disease.
I don't know, but I don't see any great choices out there, only some choices that will be worse than others.
