Yes, there are tons reporting greater than 2% CFR. South Korea is probably the closest to the reality, as they've had extremely aggressive testing, and since they're mostly on top of it we can see how the lagging deaths have caught up to the reported cases.
But note that Germany and South Korea were the gold standards for low fatality rate, and they've both hit 2%.
