Going from complete restriction to no restriction is worse. I believe parents

Should ease their kids into technology they will use as adults.

In my opinion; Our kids need to be taught how to deal with and avoid temptation. Sheltering them from it is the opposite of what they need.

My oldest is only 3, and this aspect of parenting I am not looking forward to.
