Off the Court. It doesn’t mean we can’t show good sportsmanship and acknowledge and congratulate our opponent when we’ve been bested. It doesn’t meant we can’t show gratitude for our relationship. It doesn’t mean we can’t be friends. These aren’t signs of weakness but signs that I’m secure in my knowledge of who I am, and who the Cougs are. Even in defeat, I have no doubt in our ability to beat them next time. The Passion is there buddy. I just don’t need to posture, to trash talk, to constantly puff out my chest so everyone knows how tough I am.

I think we can be a little more secure than that.
