You can't include turnovers in scoring efficiency
Unless you're operating under the assumption that all of his turnovers occur when trying to score. It's obviously a factor in usage rate.
Also, he's not a very efficient scorer. That I agree with, just not by your reasoning. Most of it has to do with his free throw rate and the fact that he only makes about 65% of his shots from the line.
