Turnovers skewed your stat against KC and toward players that had the ball in their hand a lower percentage of the time (not just lower percentage of possessions but a lower percentage of time per possession as well, I expect).
If, instead of having Collinsworth play with the ball in his hand, you have Fischer or Emery as the primary ball-handler on the team (and the guy with it in their hands at the end of the game) then they would likely have seen a higher number of their possessions end in turnovers.
I don't like that you included turnovers, though I understand why you did, and I really don't like that you excluded assists, and I really DON'T understand why.
I would be really interested to look at the data set, do you have it in a spreadsheet (google drive?) somewhere by chance?
