What about this...If the police were investigating an alleged victim of rape
complaint, and somehow also discovered she/he was selling meth to high school students, how would you suggest the police proceed?
Obviously the HC office and the police are not relatively close, but the principle is similar. If during the course of an HC investigation, it came to light that the individual, who had reported a rape, had also been involved in selling test answers to other students, how would you suggest they proceed?
