yeah we get it. that's the point. then victims of rape who also happen to
violate HC leading up to the rape are presented with an incredibly unfair decision...report the rape and face HC issues or remain silent.
i understand the idea that they screwed up and should be responsible for their actions...HOWEVER...we're talking about RAPE here and NO RULE or PRACTICE that potentially hinders victims of something so awful to come forth should be acceptable. NONE.
i get that it's not fair. drug users who don't get raped and get kicked out will now claim they wish they had gotten raped to gain amnesty...i get it. it's also not fair these girls got raped. even as dumb as they were to use drugs/alcohol/etc, that doesn't excuse of justify a rape against them cuz it's "their fault".
