Do you think girls are investigated because of the rape? Really?

They are only investigated when allegations of something other than the rape come to their attention. Like substance abuse, etc. They leave the rape alone, but are required to investigate and respond to any other willing activity that breaks the Honor Code. Not that hard to understand.
