According to the CNN article of those women, it was the RAPE reports to the
police and/or Title IX officers that led to them being investigated. Heck one was even DONE with their legal case and then got called in because the HCO found out about the RAPE.
They aren't being called in because of drug or alcohol reports. They're being brought in because of official RAPE reports to the police and/or Title IX and THEN the other info comes to light.
The HCO should not EVER be pulling an alleged rape victim in for HCO investigations.
