friends that are Utah fans that have done it as well, so I have zero problem believing some of the beer stories. Yes most of the time it is not in beer cans but in other containers or mixed in with other drinks, and yes there is probably more liquor in the stands than beer. So you can't tell me what has or hasn't happened, because I know some of the nasty stuff has happened.

And while yes a lot of stories are exaggerated or over blown, I know from first hand experiences that some very nasty stuff happens at RES and that some of the more extreme stories are true. Like a Utah fan randomly punching a pregnant BYU fan in the stomach and then running off like a little wuss just as an example, this was reported in the sltrib a few years ago, I believe it was the 2006 game. And I believe some posters on this board witnessed this happen and saw some Utah fans walk by and laugh at it.

Honestly you sound like some ALUF's that I know that try and down play stuff that has happened or try and dismiss it altogether. Yes things as I said do get embellished, but some of the more nasty stories are in fact real, and yes some were made up or were exaggerated.


Overall I would be willing to bet a lot of money that Utah fans are treated much better at LES than BYU fans are at RES, but that doesn't mean there is not times when some BYU fans cross the line. And the reason it is worse at RES a lot of the time is alcohol and bigotry, would you disagree with this?
