I am down to 170, running about 20 miles a week, eating generally well, cardivascularly fit, etc yet cant lose my belly pooch. I can do the "truffle shuffle" just like chunk on the Goonies. So any kind of exercise doesn't work at a certain point.
I have come to conclude that the only way to lose my still massive pooch is I will need to eat a ton of protein and do some weight training 3 times a week or so along with running on the other days. I plan to start this next week.
Anybody have any thoughts on this?
