still have body fat. The only way you are going to lose that is by tightening what you eat. What I mean is lean meats and low carbs and clean fats.
You should be consuming a lot of Chicken, green veggies and clean fats like avocados. Most would agree it's the suck phase of losing the last couple lbs. But once you have it off it should stay off if you continue to eat better. If you go back to hamburgers and carbs expect to see some pooch return.
