how's that extra pooch working out for you?
I'm down 17 lbs. i thought i had to lose like 15 and i'd be seeing the 6 pack. turns out i might have needed to lose 25 or even 30.
i'm committed, though. reading thru this thread again and i wanted to see if there was any good news or at least informative news to share...?

nice list and nice work. I think it's healthy to add a weight cap. For me this means that if my weight ever hits 10
