A baked potato is healthier, but french fries isn't the end of the world. What I
liked about the post is that you pretty much say this throughout. It's okay to cheat. It's okay to be imperfect, it's okay to not workout like a champ, just eat less calories in the long game. It really is that simple.

Even fast food has some nutritional value, it's just the portion sizes that are the real problem. A small cheeseburger and medium french fries once a week isn't a big deal, but most people get two big macs and a large fries and a 32 ounce Coke. That's the problem.
