If you aren’t using food scales you’re just not going to get consistent
Results. I have found that since I’ve been using scales for a fair amount of time I’m now really good at estimating portion sizes of components of a meal. Ie 2 oz of nuts initially isn’t what you think 2 oz of nuts looks like. You usually under estimate pretty significantly.
