I look pretty skinny at that weight. Not a body builder, but I'm a big dude.
You're right on average though.
I weighed 230 ish in high school (sports days, lifting once a day and having practice once a day).

nice list and nice work. I think it's healthy to add a weight cap. For me this means that if my weight ever hits 10
