My only take away is at 6'5 240ish is still pretty heavy unless you are..
Built of muscle and <12% body fat.
I'm 6'4 and sit right around 200lbs and drop to 195 for big endurance sports and sit in the high teens for body fat.
Other than that I say great jon and excellent advice.
