Last May I was 275lbs and I’m 6’1”. I decided it was time to lose weight and today I’m down to 215 lbs. Like you, I’ve basically just cut caloric intake. I tried to eat healthier but mostly I just eat less. I do have cheat days once a week where I’ll eat as much as I want for one meal. It might slow my weight loss down a bit but it’s been good for morale.
