Thanks for the perspective
There are two things I want out of camp:
1. Receiving skill development
2. Motivation/confidence for him
I do feel like he is getting #1 in the drill sessions. Problem is that the 7 on 7 situation is hurting his confidence.
Visibility is less of an issue, as he plays for a top caliber team in Texas and we have ties to Mahe and Detmer. I figure he will have opportunity at camp when he plays with the older group, assuming we come back next year.
At he end of the day, I just want him to work hard, have fun and be happy.
We'll definitely look into the Collie camps!
