my daughter had the same experience with Basketball. It was a really bad camp.
I on the other hand had the opposite experience when I went to basketball camp as a teen. I played almost the whole game every game. At the time I thought it was awesome. looking back I'm sure their were others who were sitting the bench. I've sent my daughter to other camps where they got the girls lots of floor time it sounds like BYU camps aren't really concerned with that.
