So sad. We had a long talk with my oldest kids today about suicide

Sucks to have to have the conversation. Open communication with kids isn’t going to prevent all suicides, but it might help prevent a lot of them.

There mustn’t have been as much social anxiety 20 years ago when I was in high school, because I don’t remember ever hearing about it. It wasn’t hardly on the radar.
