Minors do not have full Constitutional rights, it has nothing to do with people
deciding they don't have mental fitness, but rather a lack of maturity to make adult decisions. It's not the same thing.
In other words, you have no evidence or comparable situation.
Does one have to demonstrate mental fitness to have an abortion, to vote, to speak out, to have a right to counsel, the right against self-incrimination. No constitutional right hinges on mental capacity.
