There's really only three ways to immediately can a teacher: 1. screw with kids
2. Screw with money, 3. View pornography on a school machine.
Now, that being said, in the first 3 years a teacher can be let go without cause. So, if we sense that a teacher isn't going to be good at all we can let them go. But a veteran teacher is next to impossible to fire. So, we spend A LOT of effort working with and developing these bad teachers.
