I just laugh at the people who aren't teachers who pretend to know it all about

the teaching industry. Throw around your silly complaints without having a clue, teachers never get let go, there's not even a system in place for it (lol), yada yada, talk about supply and demand during shortages. lol Every teacher thread on this board is overrun with know-it-alls who haven't spent a second in the industry and spend all of their time telling the teachers how it is and how wrong they are.
