pounds above my most recent low, then I'm basically fasting until it gets below that 10 lb hard limit.
This 10lbs hard limit has prevented me from ever putting on more than 10lbs from my most recent low.
If you got down to 204..... and today you weigh in at 215... then you can only eat 500 calories/day until you're down to 213. Shouldn't take more than a couple of days.
Having this 10lb HARD CAP has really prevented me from having major swings in my weight.
