Interesting that IQ is sinking. Genetics has to be the greatest determinant of
athletic ability as well. To stretch a point, let's not also lower or eliminate olympic qualifying times because, after all, it is not fair that just the winners of the athletic genetic lottery should be permitted the Olympic experience.
