Again, no disagreement. HOW do you do that? I think one way might to be to
provide financial incentives in taxes to reward being married and having fathers stay with their families. That will never fly with with the Democrats or BLM, which explicitly denounces the "nuclear family." The how to get it done with a realistic solution is the huge problem.
