No. I want people to take responsibility for their actions. I want them to know
that they aren't responsible for the actions of others who may assault them.
This policy doesn't do either. It discourages reporting crimes because the victims feel they'll be targets of school investigations, thus allowing actual criminals to get away with their crimes and probably commit them again.
