No one is going to be expelled from school for violating curfew
And the won't be expelled for admitting to having cuddled.
But get high on drugs or alcohol and yes, there will likely be consequences. So be a big person and accept responsibility for one's actions. But I get it. In today's culture accepting responsibility is uncool. Better to play the victim card and cry life is unfair.
