I don't like the idea of giving predators a road map of how to rape
While minimizing their chances of being reported to police.
1. Go out with a BYU student
2. Convince her there's been an honor code violation, however slight (say he's in her apartment 1 minute past curfew). Let her know she'll be kicked out of school if she reports.
3. Proceed as you will
The big problem with #2 is it's not an empty threat, this article shows they really will get the boot if they report.
Perhaps most importantly, there doesn't have to be any honor code violation, the predator just has to convince the girl there has been.....in a scenario like that, I really feel for the victims......

They didn't report a crime. They spent several months finding cases at BYU who were willing to voice

this is complex - I'm undecided. But you're saying - do drugs and get raped then you get to stay in school. Do drugs

in a false accusation case at least it gets to a hearing - in a "you're kicked out of school guarantee" then the rapist
