Any report gets investigated by the Honor Code Office
From the article:
"[Westerberg] said ... that's part of the policy: Any time a sexual assault is reported, they have to send it to the Honor Code Office," Emily recalled. "She said that her hands were tied by the policy. ... I asked her, 'I don't understand what you're saying.' She said, 'We have an Honor Code policy at BYU and we don't apologize for that.'
Why should a rape victim automatically be reported to the Honor Code? Is there just a presumption that by being raped they must have been doing something wrong? I don't understand this.

They didn't report a crime. They spent several months finding cases at BYU who were willing to voice

this is complex - I'm undecided. But you're saying - do drugs and get raped then you get to stay in school. Do drugs

in a false accusation case at least it gets to a hearing - in a "you're kicked out of school guarantee" then the rapist
