As evidence to shame BYU. I realize perception isn't pretty but this is the same rag we've witness twist the facts against byu and the church before. Byu can't/won't speak to the specifics of any of these cases so the trib knows they can report whatever they want. I noticed they didn't go out of their way to get any testimony from the alleged assaulters.
