so let God judge. the question is.... is it a good policy to expel a girl who reports her rape and admits to an honor
code violation?
If you expel these girls - then they just won't report the rape. And if the rape doesn't get reported it means we have more rapist on campus.
This policy makes it much less likely that rape is reported and so the policy makes BYU less safe.

this is complex - I'm undecided. But you're saying - do drugs and get raped then you get to stay in school. Do drugs

in a false accusation case at least it gets to a hearing - in a "you're kicked out of school guarantee" then the rapist
