No, getting raped is not a consequence for breaking curfew, dress code or other Honor Code rules.

The Honor Code might be helpful in keeping people out of dangerous situations, but getting raped is not the consequence of breaking the Honor Code. It's the consequence of the assailant being a rapist. If you subject rape victims to Honor Code investigations you'll make it less likely that rapes get reported which enables a rapist to commit more rapes.
