The point is the predator in that scenario
Can honestly say
1. You have broken the honor code
2. People that broke the honor code and then got raped have been kicked out after they reported the rape.....
3. You see where this is going
Truthfully, I'm more concerned about the situation where the girl is unsure. Say the predator fondles her without her permission, but is able to convince her that fondling is a violation of the honor code......she's already In a very scary, confusing situation, he may be able to convince her to not report.......
