I have no idea if mercy was given. Just pointing out to the posters on the thread that perhaps in these
cases, mercy should be given. Some posting here seem to think that HC punishment as a consequence for reporting a rape is acceptable. I am suggesting that in this case, mercy might be more acceptable.

in a false accusation case at least it gets to a hearing - in a "you're kicked out of school guarantee" then the rapist
