1 - I agree that the police should not be giving out victim information, or any information they wouldn't be giving out on any case anywhere.
2 - I disagree that the police should be the only organization involved in the process. Obviously there is something wrong with the current system and procedures. Something needs to change. But changing something doesn't necessarily mean that you go from including the Title IX officer and HCO to simply not involving either. Maybe better communication between the HCO and Title IX officer involved and a different response. Maybe something else.
