As a member of the Bishopric, I would appreciate it if a leader came and

expressed their feelings on this. Then I would work to find a replacement while asking you to stay committed and do your best until I found one...unless I had some other promptings as to why I felt you were the best person to help the boys at the current time in their development. If that was the case, I would explain my promptings to you and continue the discussion.
