R.S. = half the ward budget... EQ and HP... $0. I never quite understood the

insistence on making the YM and YW cash budgets equal. Campouts and merit badges cost a lot...and I agree the church should figure out how to minimize that. But saying you have to spend the exact amount of dollars on each program is illogical. Provide the same amount of support and make sure both YM and YW are doing the activities they are excited about and the leaders are invested. That doesn't mean the actual budget has to be the same. Just my own pet peeve.
