They will be better off because they will be playing lesser competition. Since you asked if we go back to MWC it was 4 for each team. Utah won that year so tie goes to us. Like you said you are not "dominate" like with Lavell but you win in the WAC years.

I agree, Utah will not be a powerhouse in the PAC 12 but being one in the MWC got old so something new is good. If we finish 8-4 that is a good year to me especially considering the lack of QB. Getting the benefit of not playing Oregon and Stanford is fine with me, we would have lost those games but I would rather play games like that and lose than play bottom level WAC teams and feel good about myself and not beat anyone of significance during the year. Even beating Arizona and Colorado feels better than killing Idaho or NMSt. Powerhouse, you are right we won't be.
