There are many guys that switch because they don't make it where they are playing. Whit has had great success in moving guys but probably does flop on some. You can bring guys in to be receivers that can't catch and move them to try something new, if it doesn't work it doesn't work. The guys that have worked have been big successes though. Whit can see talent on defense and has been very successful with guys on that side of the ball. Not many switch the other way.
