The guy could have left for his Alma Matre for heavens sakes and he didn't. Tennessee wanted him, Washington wanted to talk to him and he turned them down to even interview. His life and family are embedded in SLC so I don't see him leaving.
Lame argument, nobody has been consistantly over the last 20 years except for USC. Washington had a nice run in the early 90's.
Don't even go into budgets. Utah competed just fine the MWC and if your budget is so great why didn't you dominate that conference? Utah's budget will be plenty high for a good coach to compete.
