The HC office is not trying to protect itself and does all that it can to help

These kids. We have spoken on many occasions and many people would be amazed at what the HC office does to try to help kids stay in school. As you said, I have probably only heard the HC side of things which may be true but I also know what I have read in the news which almost always skews everything against the HC office.
