I am talking about the school as a whole, not the AD. If the AD is getting more
Than they need, more than USU is spending (the other D-1 team at a public University in the state) it should go to the overall school fund to reduce the taxpayers burden.

There isn't a significant financial difference between the 2. Utah has a ton of overhead that BYU does not.
