Correct, also not counting the 10M Russians starved to death by the Germans, to
use your lingo. Or millions more starved by the Germans in other countries.

Why? Because, despite the language you used to describe it, many/most of those deaths were not forced by either Germany or Japan, but were the “natural” consequence of a brutal, extended war being fought in mostly poor countries that struggled to feed themselves even in peacetime. China suffered massive famines regularly in the 19th and most of the 20th centuries, with or without Japan. Likewise Russia, to a lesser extent.
