do yoga, softball, soccer etc. etc. have great body language and guys find them attractive. Guys will learn to play volleyball, tennis, dance, do yoga etc. to be around them.

These girls also tend to get treated better by EVERYBODY, chubby girls GET TREATED WORSE by attractive girls also. Generally, the girls with more body confidence tend to flirt better, have healthy affection (touch) etc. because the are more comfortable and have more opportunities and practice. They get more hugs socially, more guys flirting, asked to dance more, invited out dancing more etc.

It is a skill. People work hard to be attractive to the other sex, guys do stand up comedy, become photographers, spin instructors, coach softball, organize hiking groups etc., play musical instruments etc., dress fashionable or just things that catch the eye, sing etc. They both stand out (with there talent),

In general working on things people more attractive, humor, musically ability, artistic ability, athletic ability, listening skills, fashion, leading and organizing groups, are enjoyable and help your with you career, friends, and community.

For a women though, at any age, if fitness, cooking (or just giving a guy food), and being affectionate are there, most honest guys will do practically do anything, build a pyramid, skyscraper or Taj Mahal if a woman has those three skills.

Until a women feeds you, has a feminine physique that suits her body type, and learns little techniques like the reach across, it is hard for a guy to notice her.
